Let me tell you, this week has been a whirlwind, my friends. We’ve just started the next pillar in Studio Evolution – Evolving Leaders.
This is our Evolving Leaders icon (I get a belly flutter each time our branding hits me on yet another level – and it happens more often than you’d think). It represents the expansiveness of leading a team and the beauty when all the segments fit perfectly together in unity.
Evolving Leaders also lines up with us entering the Awakening of Potential season. If you missed my manifesto reveal last week, you can find it here. At Studio Evolution, we work in seasons. Success is not a destination; it’s a beautiful, winding, and cyclical journey.
Awakening of Potential is the season of spark, of inspiration. It’s that little voice inside you popping up and saying, ‘Yes! I’m ready!’. You’re standing on the edge of glory, and like a phoenix, you must let go of the past, spread those wings and soar into your magnificent future.
That’s the energy I’m bringing to Evolving Leaders.
This week, I revealed 3 of the Key Projects of this pillar to our members. There are 3 more to come as we move through the pillar, but for now I am looking to awaken our students’ minds, without paralysing them with overwhelm.
1. Studio HQ
This is where I take you through the process of creating your own Studio HQ with my Consolidate, Collaborate and Celebrate system. This is about centralising your studio communication so no one feels lost or out of the loop again. It also eliminates those pesky out-of-hours phone calls!
2. Vision Dates
Vision Dates are magic. They are special pockets of time put aside for planning, thinking and dreaming. We have three Vision Dates for this pillar. For the first one, we find out what kind of leader you are and use those powers to harness YOUR strengths as a leader. For the second vision date we work on leverage and the loving transfer of responsibility. I also take you through my 10/80/10 formula for delegation success. The third vision date is The List. This is for big dreams and wild plans.
3. Dream Team
This is about imagining your studio business as a bus and getting the right people sitting in the right seats so your business runs smoothly. I also take you through all the legal stuff—onboarding and hiring—so you’re always covered if things go pear-shaped.
And that is only the beginning!
