As a graduate of the Studio Evolution program and owner of an incredibly successful music studio herself, Phi is a passionate and powerhouse member of the Home Team, bringing so much energy, light and know-how to her role as Community Coach. She helps to be a guiding light to fellow studio owners, lighting their best path forward in the most “business-bestie” way possible. She truly cares and is always up for a sing-a-long – and who doesn’t want that kind of energy on their team?!
What is your role with Studio Evolution?
I am a Community Coach for Studio Evolution. I love meeting people where they are at in their business then encouraging and inspiring them to take the next step into developing a business and life they love.
What do you love about working on The Home Team?
The Home Team are amazing human beings. They are real, hilarious, smart and they bring so much joy into my world. I love being on a mission with a team that are like-minded, aligned, loving life, making impactful changes and changing lives.
Fun fact about you that not many people know…
I used to sing and hang out with Human Nature and John Foreman in a selective school program back in the day and I came runner up in the finals of a TV show called New Faces with Bert Newton.
Would you rather always be two hours early or 20 minutes late?
Oooh.. this is a hard one. I’m often late if I’m not in work mode – I like to live on Filo time when I’m in social mode but definitely would rather be 2 hours early for anything important like leaving for a flight haha.
