Nicole is our powerhouse ‘operations’ brain of the biz! She keeps the trains running on time and is the go-to person for all of our Studio Evolution members. Nicole is an avid yogi and meditation teacher who brings a sense of calm to everyone who meets her. She has also been an Ops Manager for many corporate companies and her genius zone is automation and operation efficiencies – with a touch of soothing calm for balance. Here are some interesting things for you to learn about Nicole:

What is your role with Studio Evolution? I am the Operations Manager at Studio Evolution, one of the people behind the scenes that makes an occasional (usually awkward) appearance on camera.  My responsibilities include being the main point of contact for our members, being there from the point you first enter Studio Evolution to the (often tearful) farewell when you Graduate.

What do you love about working on The Home Team? I’ve worked with some amazing people in my time but I’ve never met a more grounded, kind, compassionate and loving group of people that I’m so lucky to call my colleagues.  They can compete in a dance off with 2 minutes notice, crack jokes, send ridiculous memes all the while staying on task and delivering an incredible high quality program that changes people’s lives.  Doesn’t get any better!

Fun fact about you that not many people know… I used to be a magnet for famous people when I was living in London. To this day I have no idea how I met so many amazing people, but it was a particularly delightful day when I got to let Princess Diana into traffic.

Would you rather only be able to whisper or only be able to shout? Such a random question! Haha. Well, I live in Queensland on the beach so it would be remiss of me to only be able to whisper ‘SHARK’ so as a community service I’ll have to go with shout. But the child in me would whisper just so people would have to come close and then I’d be within scaring range. What can I say, my dream job is to get paid to jump out and scare people. I imagine the insurance for that would be very expensive!
