Contributing to magical member experiences and attention to detail is Kelly’s game. The absolute care she takes in what she does is evident to anyone she meets and with every single unboxing. We are so lucky to have her gentle hands packing with love each and every day. Plus, that brain is a powerhouse!!! We’re unsure how so many good ideas can squeeze in there at any one time.
What is your role with Studio Evolution?
My role at Studio Evolution is officially Operations Assistant, but I consider myself the Logistics Ninja.
I curate, assemble, pack and dispatch our Pillar Boxes that the Members receive to accompany their learning on our Retreat. I do feel like Santa Clause 3 times a year when you all open your goodie boxes that are filled to the brim with valuable learning materials, creative hands on activities and yummy treats!
What do you love about working on The Home Team?
The Home Team are just like an extended family for me. We are a group of supportive, creative and intelligent women who have each other’s backs, are each other’s biggest cheerleaders and can solve any problem Together!
Fun fact about you that not many people know…
I can tap dance! I grew up Dancing from the age of 3. It’s another reason that I love working for Studio Evolution. I feel very connected to the Dance Studios and it brings back great memories.
Test the waters or dive in the deep end?
It depends!! Can it be both? I will quite literally Dive In the deep end, that sounds fun! But figuratively speaking, I am quite practical and risk averse, I’d prefer to test the waters, put it on a spreadsheet and see if it balances first!!
